Resolved - The issue with outbound calls from voip devices on vConsole has been resolved.

Identified - We have identified the delay on outbound calls from voip devices on vConsole. Outbound calls have stabilized and we are continuing to monitoring this issue. Inbound calls and outbound traffic from non-voip devices were not affected by this issue.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue with the vConsole system, where voip devices are experiencing a delay placing outbound calls. Inbound traffic and non-voip outbound traffic are unaffected.
