Identified - We have identified the issue with updating the vConsole e911 addresses, and will be working through tomorrow to resolve the issue. We have a workaround detailed below. For reference though, each phone's current e911 configuration in the vConsole is valid, and will behave as configured if you use a phone to dial 911.

We will update the status tomorrow morning as we progress further.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue where updating a VoIP line's e911 address, either to a new or existing address on an account, is returning an error. This affects our vConsole platform only.
